Laura, Theres actually a couple of other things that you could consider. You can short-sale your home, most likely through a short sale realtor if your home is in good condition, investor if it isnt. Hi Laura, If your house is in a nice neighborhood and is a nice home I will with you offer you a Lease Option and close within 14-30 days. I will give you full price but for a smaller down liked $2500 and 1200 rent with a 30% rent credit and with a five year lease.
