In the FIFA Laws of the Game under "Offences committed by goalkeepers" it states that "possession of the ball includes the goalkeeper deliberately parrying the ball." It does not describe the behavior, and although I am familiar with the term parrying as it applies to fencing, I am not clear what is meant in soccer. Does it include feet as well as hands?
