The mere fact that Glaxo elected not to submit the results of those studies until April of 2002, when it filed a supplemental NDA seeking approval of an indication for pediatric use, does not detract from the fact that it may have had reasonable evidence of a hazard prior to that time
The mere fact that the FDA had not ordered Glaxo to include this warning prior to 2002, does not mean...

I heard that the plan is to lay off the Glaxo Pharm sales force. Are you finding that your manager is moving your team around into different selling groups? Notice who they are moving into Glaxo Pharm. Are they higher salary reps, older, controversial rep, a rep the manager doesn't like? Glaxo Pharm will have Treximet and Valtrex next quarter. Set up to fail.

People would give up food rather than their mobile. And people will still get sick. But what about those yields? Will the lack of availability of funds from the banks make dividends harder to pay, even for...

They don't need credit, that's ridiculous: Cash positions: Merck 10 bil. Pfe 26 bil. Amgn 8.5 bil. Glaxo 10 bil. DNA 4.5 bil. and the list goes on. Fact is, no one has stepped up even though they have the cash. Looks to me like they don't have the interest. | |
