Giulietta - Topic profile

I'm hoping someone can help ID a Giulietta / Giulia grill for me. I thought it was for a Spider but it doesn't have the recess for the circular badge at the top. Could this be for an early Sprint grill? Or just an inexact reproduction? TIA.

I've got myself into a pickle. I'm trying to remove the indicator stalk from my 81 Giulietta, and can't work out how. I've pulled the steering wheel rod out, but the stalk assembly still wont slip off it. There seems to be a rubber bush stopping it, but I don't think the rubber bush is intended to come off. Can it be taken off otherwise? Here's a pic:

Bill, I had never noticed the difference until your post. But I have two Giulietta grills, one has the recess and the other doesn't. Both grills are definitely made of brass, which would suggest early factory grills. Did anyone ever make repros out of brass? There is an interesting story for the one without the recess.
