Tonight's supper, with a nice fire in the fireplace, was chicken soup, made with rich chicken stock; light & dark meat chicken; carrots & celery; garlic; and Herbes de Provence. Accompanying the soup we had mozzarella & salami roll slices with tapenade. Wine was a 1988
