I think he has already ordered this PC. However, I agree you don't need to initially buy a sound card. I suggest that if it possible to cancel that component and go with on board audio. Personally if you've made budget available for the 5870s then I would wait for them - the 5850 is a great card, but the 5870 is better. It all depends on how long you're prepared to wait. Off to sulk now because I want to build my new one and I don't have the money!

Actually that specific TruePower is based on the SeaSonic M12D line, with a few carry-overs from earlier TruePower Trio designs. It's actually better than the TX750W: higher efficiency, move available +12V current (but only slightly), and modular cabling to boot.
