I've been doing another playthrough of this game, and I just wanted to get some things clarified. 1. Would heavy armor (with a low dexterity bonus) reduce blaster accuracy? I somehow got it in my head that the dex restrictions on armor only applied to the defense bonus, but dexterity also effects the "to hit" of blasters, which means I should pay attention to what I put on Carth. 2. Does the ...

First of all, there is no reason why this thread should be closed or deleted. I am not creating this thread to call any people out or any clans out, or to mention any actual exploit or bugged game mechanic. However, I'm interested in seeing what the community would like Aventurine to do to people that break the TOS and utilize broken game mechanics for an unfair gain. This is NOT in regards ...

Clicky. Sounds awesome, thanks Greg!! - Gameplay is top notch and control is tight (this was my only concern, everything LOOKS good to me ) -Successful drifts and tricks fill the boost meter, which looks like a multi-tiered thermometer. You can use the meter to boost (which is probably a "mushroom" type item), and use a type ...

In your opinion what are the most innovative and/or unusual game mechanics? Also what are the most groundbreaking ones through board gaming history, i.e. the ones that broke new ground and established new dimensions of board game delights the world had never seen before? Bonus question: what tired old board game mechanics needs a face lift/replacement? Last edited on ...

Hey guys, i've played through DQ7, 8 and 4 on the DS (in that order, playing 5 DS now) and was always curious if the order of your party had an impact on enemy targeting. As in, party member 1 get hit the most by enemies and party member 4 get hit the least. It seems like that to me and I was always curious if true. I would assume this would be a series wide mechanic, but is it true?

Ok, first I would like to say that although my comp (self built ) can run most games quite easily, I don't care much for graphics and "looks". Although it's not a bad thing either. What I'm saying is that all I am concerned with is how the game works. I am just looking for an interesting game, I don't mind grinding, but I want it to be more than just obtaining a number (level) that shows ...

One more week...It's gonna be a long week. Getting psyched for this game. I hope it's awesome as it looks, and gets a lot of DLC support like LBP. Also, everyone begging for a code in this thread can suck it and just subscribe to Qore like me. I'm a whore, because I subscribed to Qore... ..heh, that rhymed. That should be ...

These are self contradictory--"innovative" implies that other games will soon follow making it not "unusual" anymore. A truly "unusual" mechanic often can't be repeated in other games. Here's my top 5 games with unusual/unique mechanics: - Bohnanza with its fixed order of card in hand forcing ...

Well, to be accurate, I'm a consular, so I don't do much melee fighting. But I'm going for speed anyway because I'm gonna need some kind of fighting power for the various one on one fights you're forced into. I might actually be able to fill on both armor and speed now, but since I'm already going for Valor, I think armor AND speed might be redundant.

Hi Guys, Snow Brawlin' is an all new game mechanic. There is no catching in Snow Brawlin', just throwing! Risoo has an unending supply of snowballs. There is also no limit to the levels. One of the programmers here is up to level 200! As you knock off each squirrel new ones drop into the scene. Each level is randomly generated so no two games are the same. The free version gives you ...
