BTW, sorry its an off the topic question but I like the advice of fellow cycle ...

I have taken Cyto-Gainer and I really like the taste and profile. I wanted to change it up a bit. Anyone have a good suggestion for a weight gainer that is low in sugar and doesn't have artificial sweeteners in it?

im trying to bulk and i was wondering would it be better to take a weight gainer post workout to get more protein and carbs into immediately after workout or would it be better to take the isolate post workout and just take the gainer throughout the day? thanks by the way the weight gainer would be CytoGainer and the Isolate would be Muscle Gauge Nutrition Pure Whey Isolate

Hello, I want to build up some mass as well as muscle so that I look better in shirts and muscle tees. Thus, I have got to build up mass in the upper arms and the chest. However, which should I take, mass gainer as the name suggest? or just whey Protein? If possible, any suggestion on which excercises to do so that the upper arms can gain size asap?

The platinum-plus Down, which reached the coveted 1 million digital singles sales plateau after only 2 months of release, already garnered the #1 position on the Rhythmic Crossover chart last week. The irresistible song was also the Greatest Gainer at Rhythmic Radio (for over a month) and the Top 40 format, before finally overtaking the penthouse position at the format.

hey yall, Im a super hard gainer. Taken 3 yrs to put on 15 lbs. Im just about 21, 5,7 and 142 lbs. My diet is pretty good, lots of quality carbs, multivitamin, creatine and plenty of protien. Whats the pros and cons to a recovery shake vs a mass builder? Any other ideas? ps Also i am following daves 4day. Thanks
