Ok so im thinking about Opening a Rock Climbing Gym in the West Rand seings though there is none close by here. I know where to buy the equipment and all that crap, but im finding it difficult to get a good spot to build it. Any Ideas. I was looking at the factoria area. Pretty big (factory) buildings there with tall roofs.
