Mike, have you overlooked something? BnC I think you've misunderstood 6(1)(d) by having stopped reading it at the words "solicited visit". To my mind, 6(1)(d) needs to be read as though the words "or a contract made after an offer made by a consumer during a solicited visit" were in brackets, i.e. the Regs don't apply where a consumer invites the trader to his home to discuss the ...

Here we are in Ostuni, in Puglia, the last stop on the trip that has taken us from the top (Piemonte) to the heel of the boot.
