Hi Folks, I finally cured the RFI noise being radiated by my fuel pump. I figured it would be best to start a new thread with the fix. Additional pics and instructions: http://www2.97vette.com/sporttrac/rfi_fix/rfi_fix. html The dealer installed Ford part F1PZ-18B925-A in the fuel tank on the leads going to the fuel pump, but I still had an S7 - S8 noise level on all bands, all ...

I pretty certain my fuel pump is inop, however, it may just be a relay. I need to confirm fuel pump relay location to confirm before having it towed. If located under the hood, need diagram for relay box. Can't read mine. Also heard it my be located behind the post on passenger side near the gas tank? Thanks for your guidance

Doesn't want to pump fuel anymore I guess. Gave out at 14k, right before my 300 mile trip home. Won't be able to be changed out until Monday at best. I said fuck it and booked a kick-ass hotel. I must say, for my baby being in the shop, I am in a pretty good mood.

New fuel pump...now what? Two weeks ago, I had my fuel pump replaced in my 2002 focus LX. The place where I took it replaced the pump, relay and flushed the system. The car runs now, but it is using too much gas and running hard when accelerating. I also replaced all the spark plugs, and no change. I really don't want to take my ...
