Hi, When I had a brain MRI done as part of my due diligence for CFIDS Dx, the M.D. insisted on having a SPECT Scan of the brain also. The SPECT scan will measure the flow of blood in quadrants and that will have it's own part of your overall Dx. I went to The Amen Clinic in Wash. DC.
