Is there a way to restrict the "Manager" access to the frontpage/home page article. I've set-up a site for someone who will be editing it themselves, but the frontpage is set-up in a particular way that I'd prefer he doesn't get access to. Thanks!

Hi, I have a problem and I could not find an answer in the forums. My modules (menus, log in, etc) show on the frontpage but when I set them to show on other pages (articles) they just don't show. I'm totally new to joomla so I have no idea what the problem could be. I am knocking up a site, and having found a template that has the look and feel that I wanted ... I have one little problem. The frontpage displays a right column, with various modules in it. I've turn off all modules that are using that column, but still the frontpage appears to show as though the column is still there, although it's blank! Where do I change this?

I installed my FrontPage 2003 into my new PC with Windows 7, and can not even open the FrontPage... ( I can not even find it among the programs, but it installed successfully... ) I have my entire homepage made from FrontPage 2003, and I am now helpless.. Anyone with a solution ?? When I try to add a hyperlink the system shuts down. The insert hyperlink page opens. But when I try to click on the link it says "Microsoft Frontpage has stopped working. No, it should not, the Service Pack should only update files used by FrontPage. FrontPage has been replaced in Office 2007 by Microsoft Office SharePoint Web Designer 2007 and Microsoft Expression Web Designer - both of them are based on Microsoft FrontPage but serve different audiences.
