So I took in my car today to see how much it would cost for my passenger side seat to get fixed as it is not moving backwards/forwards (only this part, the seat's other electronic parts are working) And my SA told me $1,600 to fix this. First off, I've searched audizine and audiworld and read what everyone has said about removing the front seats. I've just about have the seat off except it is still "attached" to the car. I'm not sure what else to loosen/remove to get this damn seat out. I've been at it for a long time. Here's a picture of how the seat currently is...don't mind the dirty carpet.....

Does anyone know if there is a weight limit on when the sensor will recognize a person is sitting on the passenger seat of a 2007 Saturn Aura XR. I took my car in because I got a "service airbag" light and they replace the sensor on the passenger seat. just as the title says. im looking for basically everything above the spring on the front passenger side. that would include the top strut seat with seat rubber in good condition and top strut mount. i think my strut bearings are still good. so cal pick up preferred. OEM preferred but would consider aftermarket if in good shape good quality. call me at 562 900 8525 Jimmy

It could be a CV joint possibly or could be something in the dash! It really all depends. I would recommend getting it checked out just for peace of mind really. Get them to check the whole suspension and steering setup etc and if nothing is wrong try and put up with it lol Welcome to MINI2 anyway, hope you get your car sorted soon.
