Breastfeeding support and help

How long is breastmilk good once it's been taken from the freezer and put in the refrigerator.  I know it's good for 5 months in the freezer, 5 days in the refrigerator and 5 hours out.  I wasn't sure if the 5 days in the refrigerator counted if it had been frozen.

That's a beautiful shot, Harri. It glows with that special northern light. We got down to about minus 14 degrees C last week here, which is the coldest it's been in 36 years.
