2005 Chasseur Pinot Noir Freestone Station - USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley (12/14/2009) Definitely a bolder styled Pinot Noir, but quite lovely. A little thin, but has gotten better after being opened a coule hours... I'd say the Burghound 87 was appropriate. Not incredibly woody but its there, a definite dial back from the historical splinters. I'd rather drink this than most meh pinots for under 30 bones. I saw some decent OR pinot there too ill have to take better notes of what they have there. Think I got some Torri Mor for cheap...
