Hi all, I'm new to this forum. Well, I suppose some of you know, or heard of, the Navy SEALs workout program (pytlik.com/escape/navyseals2.html for those who haven't). My first question is; what do you think about it? My second question is; how would you remake the program to add three days of free weight training? I'm thinking of trying it out, for variation. :-)

Now that I've made some key changes to my diet, I'd like to start working out regularly, but I want to start slow and I want the option to work out in my apartment. Can anyone recommend a good weight set and weight training manual? I'd like the items to be inexpensive but ...
