Has anyone ordered a Captain Vince Ray Design hoodie? As i couldn't get to any of the recent gigs with Motorhead, Claudiaq / Frances was kind enough to get me an order form to purchase a Captain hoodie. So far though i've sent two emails to Mayumi who was handing out the order forms asking how to pay and where to send payment with no reply back
