Sub-frame replacement??? Will I need to remove the slip-on portion of my exhaust when I remove the sub-frame or can I leave it on and just be very careful? I'm worried maybe it will be too much weight on the header bolts. It's not a big deal to remove the slip-on, I was just thinking I could save some time by leaving it on.

"but did Mel give any time frame when this is occuring?" He said early 2010 "Roll out = distribution of machines right?" Right "So, POPN already has contracts with these companies?" That was my understanding "What did Mel specfically say in regards to Wal-Mart?" Hi, hoping I can draw on the wonderful resource that is boards to help me with this. I'm making something for Xmas for my GF and am trying to find a suitable Box frame for it. The frame doesn't need to be particularly big (25cm x 20cm max), but I need it to be reasonably deep (7-8cm). Have gone into a few places but my required dimensions seem a little unusual. Does anyone have any ...

Peakbagger46 BTW, how much velocity gain is there with that extra 1" with .357 loads? Before someone says .357 loads are too much for a J-frame, I have no problems shooting them well out of my scandium gun (OK, they do "sting" a bit). Not just velocity but bullet stabiliization is an issue with short barrelled revolvers. I had the chance to shoot both my Taurus M85 3 ...

Re: 200tdi Radiator frame Hi Graham, Thanks for your efforts, I have,nt done to much today, the weather has been seriously crap up here, however my current thinking is if I can chop all the surplus brackets from the frame it doesnt half reduce the dimensions, when it stops raining I am going to remeasure it. I would still be interested in ...

Hi fluff As for the window frames being gouged, and the owner doesn't know why - he's a liar. He's not coming clean about the new frame (which should be absolutely perfect) and I doubt he never will. As I said before, I reckon he's re-used bits from another frame that he had lying around. So, lets recap? The windows are externally beaded. There is no gap between the outer beads and ...

I agree with you to a certain point, but I do think there is at least some accuracy with the frame-size thing. One of my good friends is about my height, and wears pants that are at least 3 sizes bigger than mine, and she looks the same as I do. She has wider set hips, and she's a thin girl, has a perfectly flat stomach, lean arms, but literally looking at her wrists, her bones are actually ...

I boxed mine back to the first crossmember on both sides. On the steering side, I had about 5 cracks running in all directions from the gearbox bolt holes. The frame was actually completely broke in one place except for the top horizontal piece. I would at least box/reinforce that area.
