Maybe if they stopped taking kids from innocent parents, they wouldn't have this problem. Maybe if the judges didn't sit on the boards of directors to these foster agencies, some innocent parents could get the chance to admit evidence.

I am a foster mother of two small girls. It was considered a family placement. The girls have lived with us for 3 years now. I couldn't love them more if I had given birth to them. There have been a lot of challenges dealing with their birth mother and the system. Are there any other foster parents out there ready for a discussion ?
