Seems like Motorcraft changed their formulation recently. It's major base oil composition (~70%) was a group II+ with the rest group III. Now it appears it is 70% group III with the rest group I/II? My theory is that they will be as good or better than the old formulation, because I am a positive thinker. I'm not in a rush to buy it for myself with the gift-giving holidays arriving in a few short weeks, but I am very curious to learn if any of our number have been able to crack open a newly formulated puck, and can tell the rest of us if it's OK to place an order for some.

I have heard after ALRI got caught for their first batch of J.W (Blue bottle one) for it containing steroids, they soon after released a new formulation of J.W (dark red bottle, blue pills, with tribal font) and apparently it contains no steroids and seems to be good.
