Thanks for asking since I was in the area today. I'm posting on Melanie's link above but do NOT miss the Forestville French baguette. It is amazing. On the 16th they will have pannetone. BTW, Village Bakery has an excellent stollen. The bread of the month is Swedish Limpa. Only sold on Wednesday or special order so I didn't get to try it.

Well, Palo Alto is pretty darned close if you have a serious issue--about two hours away. Schoenberg is about an hour away in Tiburon. John Knutson is about half an hour away in Forestville.

I live in Forestville, MD....which is not too far from DC, and I am looking for a really good pediatrician in my area. What I mean by really good is, Saturday hours, and 24 hour answering service. Honestly, I would prefer a family practitioner...some where the entire family could go. Its easier to get my husband to the dr. when the entire family is being seen.
