after performing several tactical reloads(hitting mag release catch with new mag) I noticed I've dented the hell out of the forearm from the empty mag swinging up and hitting it. what can be done to keep this from happening short of buying a rail forearm? tried neoprene rubber on underside of forearms so far but the mags cut through it after a few tries. Thanks

They used to make a replacement screw for the 99 forearm that had the swivel stud on it. That way you didn't have to drill any more holes. However, I can't find them in Brownell's, Midway or elsewhere. Anyone have one?

State of things : 13 days since the last of a series of 6 IV C sessions. Both veins in the left arm hardened ("hardened V" branching out from the crook), another one running along the thin end of the forearm bone probably collapsed (brownish trace, lightly indented). Pain when the arms is fully extended, and when it is rotated once extended (yoga-like motion). The pain is of the burning type. ...

yea how much? i mean looking at some of the pros it seems like alot of them dont even swing they just rotate their hips into the ball but one guy gonzalez moved his forearm in is swing.should i currently i just try to swing my whole arm as a unit but wouldnt adding another hinge increase racquet head speed? and also would it be harder to time and be consistent??

Have you experimented with less is more? I just throw a few sets of reverse curls on the end of bi's and my forearms are growing nicely. I used to do wrist curls as well, but apart from a killer pump I found no advantage ...

Just make yourself get used to it, spend more and more time...
