Can anyone suggest a decent aftermarket 351w block where all the stock stuff bolts up? I was looking at the sportsman block by ford racing but i heard it needs to be filed a bit to make the motor mounts fit? Is there any benefit to it over the stock L block? I figured it would be stronger right? Looking to stay 351. Thanks

Hi guys! I have a 2008 Mustang GT. I want to know if it's really worth it to buy a Ford Racing Throttle Body. Will the increase in horsepower and torque be significant? Or should I just keep saving my money for a supercharger? My mods are... Pypes Off Road X-Pipes with a Steeda Cold Air Intake and SCT X3 Tuner, and Flowmaster mufflers. Thanks a lot!

Robert, here is just a guess... and I know the graph MT uses is not the actual graph, but a reprint. But I see the '10 SS making 635rwhp at 6110rpm, and that's as hard as it looks like they spun it to me (just based on how the graph reads). My guess is that at 6250-6300rpm, it will make more than 635rwhp based on the fact the HP is continuing to climb when they shut it down at 6100. ...
