Not sure if anyone here eats organics or health food (other than Muir Glen and Cascadian Farms that is LOL) but if you live near Whole Foods, it might be worth stopping in for a few of the Mambo Sprouts coupon booklets. If you don't live near Whole Foods, you can sign up at Printable Organic Grocery and Food Coupons - Resource for healthy and organic living to have them mail you the coupons....

If anyone is interested in a natural foods coop that I moderate (yahoo!group) in the Edmond area (anyone is welcome, though), please PM me and I will get you the info. We order through Frontier Natural Products, and are planning to add some other coops, including possibly a grocery coop. Just wanted to pass the info. along.

I'm currently lifting 20lb dumbells, im doing the standing dumbell curl, concentration curl, dumbell bench press. I eat healthy foods with protein such as chicken, meat etc etc etc. I like to know what foods I should eat that have alot of protein and help me build muscle mass.
