do you gain definition/muscle hardness by flexing? i have researched that someone on another forum says i've heard it both ways (yes you do/no you don't). i notice that when i do flex, the muscles start coming in clearer (over time of course). is that just psychological (in other words, am i just losing bodyfat) or is it real? so do you gain definition/muscle hardness by ...

We should know within 24 hours if the Vikes@Cards game will be flexed to primetime. The teams have to be given 12 days notice. Right now the game would be Miami-New England. Does the NBC have the guts to pull pretty boy Tom off of primetime? I'd think they'd want to get on the Brett Favre gravy train, but I have a feeling that we won't get flexed. (I mean, New England beating ...

Pick the best flex play this week.: Brandon Marshall, Felix Jones, Rock Cartwright, Jonathan Stewart. The starters are: Frank Gore, Pierre Thomas, Larry Fitzgerald, and Sidney Rice. Also I'm thinking to start Hasselback over Schaub at qb. The whole playing the Rams thing and lack of a running game make Hasselback lood especially good this week. Please give me some input, I'm playing the guy ...

Heddon Golden 50 8'0" 7wt 4pc Fly Rod - $85 There are precious few 4-piece vintage fiberglass rods that are worth a darn but this is one of them. It has a very nice full flexing action with a 7 weight line. Some will prefer a 6wt to speed it up but I think it's wonderful with a 7 wt. It makes for a terrific streamer trout rod or smallmouth rod. If you would like to travel with your ...

Saw a sports physio yesterday and he tells me that there is a problem with my knee cartilage. Holding a hand to the side of the knee and flexing the knee reveals a crackling sensation. He tells me this is the cartilage that the knee cap slides along wearing, becoming rough and along with debris from it causing this friction. Claims it will only get worse and i should think about taking ...

I have read that the PP4218 has a cut wander problem caused by flexing in the bar. Replacing the bar/chain with a Oregon or other high quality combo is supposed to be the cure. Who would be the manufacturers of these replacement parts other than Oregon?

I have had normal tennis elbow in the past but never right at the area of the tip of the elbow - around the bony area. I was able to finish playing and while I was playing no real pain was felt while hitting the ball, but certain movements like flexing the arm and then fully straightening it did cause moderate pain, with or without the racket. This is weird, anyone have any experience with this?
