Like in other games the flamethrower is gun you can still sprint and run with. But in Halo you limp like......idk.I could understand that it could be for balance.But i'm pretty sure that they could have found out another way to balance the flamethrower.... Your thoughts?

Exact same stats and abilities as the Flamethrower. Now people can enjoy the admittedly badass model of the Backburner without making them feel silly for using the Backburner in its current state!

The flamethrower could be much more fun if you held the flamethrower like the shotgun so that you could run faster, jump higher, have more fun with it and make it a weapon that everybody wants to get at the start of the game instead of it being the weapon that always gets you killed whenever you wield it. Would you like the flamethrower to be more like this?

I've been raising a Houndoom for the Stadium 2 Prime Cup/Gym Leader Castle and I can't decide whether to keep Flamethrower or to delete it for Fire Blast. My dillemma is that while FB has considerably more power, it has greatly less accuracy and PP. What should I use? (PS. If its important, the other moves are: Crunch, Sunny Day, and Solarbeam)...

Basically, im on impossible mode, with 3 weapon achievements to get. One of which is the flamethrower. However I cannot use it effectively. I have heard that it is very ammo efficient. However, even using stasis I just cannot kill enemies quickly, and use A LOT of ammo in the process. I just got the captains RIG, and on the way back to the central hub there is a single dark lurker. Has anyone ever seen that show. These idiot kids do mythbuster-like things. What ticks me off is the fact these morons detroyed 3 classic bugs. I think most all U.N.S.C guns wouldnt be so bad just boom your dead before you know it. With the exception of the flamethrower of course.
