Has anyone managed to firmware upgrade any T2000 via Ops Centre 2.1. Have spoken to xvm support and they dont know and just pointed me to Install.info file which doesnt say you can or cant. I have approx 20 T2000 to upgrade and any info would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty straight forward question. I'm on firmware 3.1 with a 05.11 baseband. If I go to iTunes and click "Restore", will it automatically give me 3.1.2 or will it just put me back to 3.1 clean? I have no desire to upgrade to 3.1.2.
