OK.. straight away i can see a magor problem with your CSS. You are linking to image files... look at the background image file identity. When you are looking at it in design view, yes all is well, becasue it can see the file located on your desktop... but if you trying to test it, the CSS isnt working... If so, does it tell you the name of the VI as the source? If so, just use the Find tool to find all instances of that VI and use the probes as Darin mentioned to track down where the error is occurring.
