I got a sonogram at my OB-GYN's office at around 5 weeks of pregnancy and at that time they did see a gestational sac but no fetal pole. Last week, doc saw a yolk sac on u/s. Measured the sac at 6w1d. Based on LMP, I was supposed to be 6w3d. I am pretty sure I ovulated late, based on CM, but did not use OPK. Also, got first faint + on HPT at CD31. According to this new date, I would have been exactly 3 weeks pregnant! Sooooo....ever since my ultrasound I have been very curious about fetal poles. I had an ultrasound at 4w5d. Hi. I am hoping someone can give me some advice on this. I had an ultrasound on Thrusday in the doctor'soffice and they didn't see what they thought they would see. They sent me for blood work and my Hcg level was over 10,000. Sent me for another ultrasound yesterday and they saw the gestational sac and yolk sac, but no fetal pole. Hi I went today for my u/s and I am 6w6d and my due date is 8/5/10 and the baby heartbeat was 145 anything over a 100 is good they told me today maybe you are not as far as they think that happened to me last year and they were off about 1 week and a few days and I was so stressed end up miscarryimg at 9 weeks so don't stress!

I just went and had an u/s yesterday. My doctor only saw the sac, so he sent me to the hospital to have a better u/s done.
