I bought a new Samsung SCH-i760 phone from Ebay. After several days of strugle, I am still stuck on turn on the phone feature. I can turn on WI-FI and Bluetrooth without problem. But whenever I try to turn on phone furture, I get a message "Low Battery! The phone cannot be turned on" if I use battery even it is fully charged. Yeah, you may be right. I don't see how this would be convenient for users though. It seems like a step backwards from the way 2007 works. Thanks for confirming that it functions the same way in your lab. I thought something was wrong with my setup. Erik
