I am very sensitive to the noise that front tires make on 3-series after we get some miles on them, and they have cupping and feathering. The sound and feel is like you are driving on off road tires . Having non-staggered Continentals permits me to rotate, which I currently do every 5,000 to 6,000 km. I have the tools to do so - it only takes me about 30 minutes to do so. This is ...

I have a 2003 Highlander with 85000 miles on it. I purchased new Michelin XC-LT4 tires from Sears including wheel alignment and they now have 5000 miles on them. I rotated the tires today and noticed the front tires are feathering. At least thats what I think you call it from my research but most sites said it is from inside of tire to outside not front to back. When you rub your hand ...

Does anyone know how to completely undo beam feathering without re-entering the notes? The Patterson Beams plug-in doesn't seem to do it. What about automatically adjusting beam separation for 2-beam groups (1/16th notes / semiquavers)? The Patterson Beams plug-in only works on 3- or 4-beam groups. Tx - Dennis.

Tire feathering on 08Z Hey fellas, I just got my Z back from the dealer and the mechanic told me my front tires are starting to wear on the inside. He stated my car is going to need a wheel alignment to fix this problem. I thought this issue was only a problem on the older model Z's, but apparently I must be an exception. The car is less ...

I just bought a 2000 540i. I have a problem with the clutch pedal getting stuck. This has happened twice since I've put about 4K on the car. First time I was slow speed driving (feathering clutch in parking lot). I was turning the steering wheel and then the power steering started making noises, then the car stalled while I had my foot on the clutch all the way to the floor. I lift my ...

I have a Folksong 25 ( essentially a GRP Folkboat) It is a long keel boat with a stern hung rudder. I currently have a 3 bladed fixed prop and am looking to upgrade to a folding or feathering prop. After researching, it looks like either the Featherstream 3 blade or Flexofold 2 blade are the ones for me due to a combination of the small sized prop required/available, price and performance....

Looks like they did not choose your style of a Hugo ruler ship that you wanted to impose on them. What now Mel? A tar and feathering would be appropriate before sending you into EXILE!

Here's a common problem. When chopping up a photo with Layer Via Cut, there's gappy, aliased edges between layers. In After Effects, I'd fix it with Alpha Add transfer mode. How do I prevent/fix this in PSD? I need edges to match exactly, so expanding/contracting or feathering will not work.

Hello! I am just getting used to photoshop and my friend wanted me to take a quick picture of the family and now this is the only one they have. They want copies and I can't seem to get the glare off of the glasses. I tried clone and feathering, but I might be editing wrong as I am still learning. If anyone can help me and explain to me what they did. I would be very thankful. Thank you, ...

Hi Guys, Just started using Pre and really enjoying it and finding it easy to use, except for this one effect. I want to create a horizontal or radial gradient overlay on top of my video so that the edges fade to black. Feathering the adges effect doesn't work as I've zoomed in so you can't see any difference. Any help would be appreciated as I thought this would be a standard ...

I was paging through some of my old TCA stuff and in a 1950 20 page "Facts about flying TCA" came across these terms: "Nacelle" and "Empennage" and "On the beam" or heaven forbid "Engine feathering" Does anyone know what these are without looking ...

I just recently purchased this product today and wondered if anyone out there has also had a chance to try this product. It's an anti- Feathering Lip pencil that is colorless, and from my understanding you dont line your lips you outline them?. Idk i have yet to test it out because im sick as a dog at the moment.

I installed a reman'ed carb from Summit racing and have spent the last few weekends fine tuning it. The truck runs great, except for an idle problem from I'm chasing..the damn thing won't idle in drive or reverse beyond a few seconds without feathering the throttle. In addition to the idle problem, if after driving for a couple of blocks then come to a stop, put the truck in neutral, the engine ...

I had cupping on my 2001 E46 (non-RFT). I replaced the original tires at 30,000 km (20,000 miles) due to noise. The second set of tires had cupping/noise when I returned the car at lease end with 56,000 km. Granted, I never rotated the tires . There are two other E90 in my immediate family with early Bridgestone with severe cupping and noise. Numerous threads on this forum ...
