It's been about 6 months and I've already lost 80lbs. I was, and still am morbidly obese thus the motivation for getting on the road to weight loss. When I reached my 80lbs weight loss I was elated! Yay. I can't wait until I reach a 100lbs weight loss.... I've still got another 120-110 to go. If all goes according to plan, in 8-10 more months I should reach my ideal weight.

Oh, that's a great idea, the blog! I love that it's so upbeat as well as practical! I totally agree that you don't have to ride drafts all the time as a larger rider...and that sometimes, just because it's a draft doesn't mean it's a suitable mount. The thing is, I think some people automatically default to draft crosses or drafty types because they seem larger, sturdier, and overall stronger...

Hey All, Thanks Second! Ok yesterday had activia yog, 3 slices yeast free brown bread with one slice low low cheese, nutri grain bar, then for dins had noodles with quorn again (yeah i know) with last bit of low fat garlic bread left and left about 1/4 of it.
