RE: Fairhope EVFN location: I cannot use Google maps on webtv, but for everyones info: I will let you know about the facelift when it gets going. Lawyers and accountants are finalizing paperwork. This is an old Shell Oil fullservice station built in the '50's or 60's. The location is prime on a corner between the new Library and post office. Farhope is an extremely expensive bedroom bayside ...

Hi again PJ, yes Fairhope still has the single tax land, but a lawsuit many years ago changed the rules and allowed the lessors to sell their lease on the free market (if I had bought a cottage that I looked at in 1979 for $12,000 I would be a millionaire today!) The city is incorporated as a normal Alabama city and its boundaries encompass most of the single tax land plus more. Traffic getting ...

Hold your gonads folks, I live in Fairhope Alabama. I know the man who sold 2 stations to evfl, now evfn. His Fairhope station has been closed for almost 2 weeks because he has been working with lawyers on the future. I sold 4 million early last week before the R/S and now I wish I had not. ( I did not know about te R/S coming but having some experience I figured it had to happen in order to ...

In 1988 I purchased a limited edition grandfather clock from Viking Manufacturing Co. in Fairhope, Ala., registration number 4294/5000. Recently, the key broke off inside the lock, but I was able to remove the broken key. Can I purchase a replacement key for this particular clock. Thank you for any information you can provide. Bob Smith  Answer Bob, the manufacturers used different locks and...

Hi Pj Fairhope is a small but very rich bedroom community on Mobile Bay Alabama. Awhile back EVFL announced letters of Intent to buy 2 stations from a friend of mine. One is a station in Downtown Fairhope the other on the I-10 corridor in Mississippi. (I cannot reveal the name of the friend but I suppose anyone wishing to really research it could get it, might even be revealed now since I havent ...

Welcome to the board freemaya. Don't leave it too late to get back in! Would you mind being our spy in Fairhope and letting us know if you see anything going on at the site there. You don't need to bug your buddy - just if you notice anything going on at the station. Thanks!

A real new company! I am assured by my friend in Fairhope who is negotiations with DM etal.... that this company is for real. He cannot disclose much more than that, but I know it would be hard to fool him and his lawyer accountant. He's putting up 2 e-fuel stations in this deal, I will not be surprised to find out he has become part of the "team" in some form or fashion, he probably knows as ...

Mr. Daniels, That is probably my fault as I used "ThisDocument" vice "ActiveDocument" in the code. You most likely placed the macro in a template before pinning it to the QAT. Changing ThisDocument to ActiveDoucment should work (it does here) but the code was clunky to begin with. Try this instead: Sub ScratchMaco() Dim oFN As Footnote Dim i As Long For Each oFN In ...

Fair enough. To add a number to every page automatically, using the PAGE field makes perfect sense to me. The alternative would be to use a SEQ field (starting at 106366), but you'd have to place it on each page manually. I think what you did was just right. -- Suzanne S. In that case you definitely want a text box or frame. Since you have 2007, a text box will be okay. Just put the illustration and caption together in the text box. I might be inclined to try omitting the line around it, however, just to see how it would look. -- Suzanne S.
