Just wondering if anyone has reloaded using the Hornady FTX bullets (Same as in the LEVERevloution series) I know they are out in 44 Mag and 45 and they are supposed to be releasing in 357 Magnum soon. I was wondering if there was anything special that needed to be done to the reloader since these are pointed bullets, more like rifle bullets tha handgun bullets.??? Thanks

Hello again, With the upcoming FTX Pacific Northwest scenery for FSX coming soon, I was curious about something. Looking at google earth, isn't there an area of coverage that will still be missing between where Misty's current as of FS9 Southern boundary is, although that could change with the FSX version, and the northern bourdary of PNW??? Specifically, I believe it's called the mid coastal ...

I was just surfing the net and came across this on the HORNADY website. We've got a new bullet for the .30-30 Winchester. 150 grain FTX bulleted cartridge loading. I think they claim 240 fps velocity increase over conventional loadings with the FP bullet. All that is very impressive to me ... but it's $35.73 per box of 20. I've been paying about $20 a box for their 160 gr FTX load. Has ...

The main reason I said that Daryll was that in Chris\' 2nd post he said: Quote: I like to use H110 and Unique. He also said: Quote: If you have a better powder for these loads please let me know. However, I need "better" defined by him and once defined, the number of "better" powders could include a great many. I\'m not going to go through all...

35 rem is always a fine choice for a deer-sized game brush gun but you're comparing apples and oranges by throwing in the big bores with your 30cal. If you are open to a large bore gun, then go for a 45-70 over a 444. Frankly, I'm not even sure why they made the 444. The 45-70 recoil is like a really big "push" so it's totally manageable (I actually enjoy it) and there are many ...

@ftx - in love with Obama? Then what do you call the relationship Bush enjoyed with the media when the drums starting beating for war with Iraq? I remember quite clearly that none of the media questioned him - why? because they were going to get "exclusive" and on the ground action. And just because Fox hates the man - doesnt mean the others love him. Personally I dont watch cable media as it ...
