Evidently unless the cemented in casing string is perforated and then fraced nothing can be produced? Similarly when the open hole completions are attempted with the stac frac or swell packer set ...

CNBC-TV reported today that XOM issued a statement saying newly-introduced anti frac-cracking legislation in Congress could cause XOM to back out of their XTO deal. There was little detail and I can't find a reference to the report on CNBC's website, but if it is true, the effect of such legislation could be felt by the entire industry.

Does UPL frac in the Pinedale? Yeah, I should know this but looking at their presentations, they discuss fracs only in the Marcellus. So IF there were anti-frac legislation and UPLF doesn't frac, it would be a bonanza for UPL (and a disaster form most everyone else).

I've been reading all I can for the last 6 hours and still haven't seen anything on the bigger multi stage fracs here. Be gentle with me, I'm relatively new here, LOL! Any likelihood of this and even better intial rates of production?

There is yet another well that just finished drilling and is awaiting the frac crew. We got rid of one set of GORRs. We got the bridge loan that enables us to buyout EERG and get our hands on their GORRs, which actually means we get a royalty off ...
