I have 3 spots for an ffl. its a very competitive league which no team is less or ahead by 2 games of first place. The reason I have 3 spots is that 3 owners sopped paying attention. I would prefer if u have an aim to b able to talk trades.

I have been thinking about setting up shop to restore antique shotguns. I understand a type 1 FFL is required to do any gunsmithing. What are the ups and downs of having an FFL? Can you actually get an FFL for a repair shop that is in your residence? I do not intend to set up a store and sell. This would be repairs and restorations only.

I'll call around tomorrow, but in the mean time... are there any FFL dealers in the SF bay area that will accept a long gun from an out of state individual (non FFL)? Prefer east bay (Fremont down to San Jose) I'm looking at a few rifles on gunbroker and would like to know. Thanks, Tom

Try to follow me here: 1) I make a deal to buy a gun. 2) I get the seller's FFL information from him, so that I can give it to my FFL. 3) I call or email my FFL and give him the other FFL's information so that he can send the appropriate documentation. 4) My FFL faxes, emails, or snail-mails his certificate to the other FFL. 5) I call the seller after a few days to ...

Hello, I am wanting to purchase a rifle from J&G sales online. They say i need to have the transfer done by an FFL. I called Gander MTN can they will do the transfer but insist on the seller (J&G sales) sending a fax of their FFL first. J&G want Gander MTN to send their FFL first.
