I have a 500 f/4 and I must say I am less then thrilled with the image quality. While it is great, it seems no better then my 400 f/5.6 which too me was better because it was more portable and able to get into tighter spots for nature photography purposes. I am now thinking of sending it back and just going with my old 400 f/5.6 and maybe a 7d camera body. I just don't think that the $6K price ...

I am contemplating trying to get this to complement my 210. Since I am new to LF I need to ask for some experienced help! Is this a good lens for landscape, and what is a reasonable price range. I have a Wista 45 in the delivery cycle. Thanks
