Hi, I use my PC a lot but have found in recent times that my eyes get increasingly tired from looking at the screen. I wear glasses for looking in the distance (e.g. driving and cinema) but don't need them for reading. However, when using the PC, I do wear anti-glare glasses (that I got from my optician). They do help quite a bit but I still get the tiredness and eye strain. ...

Hi there. I currently work as a video editor which requires a lot of close examination of my work. I have noticed over the past few months that when I leave work, my head, neck, lower back and eyes are killing me. I feel like the angle, distance and height of my current desk is the issue (see image.) My immediate boss is generally tight with the purse strings, and I am pretty sure if I request to...

Hello everyone, I got a 27'' iMac and I absolutely love it but I can't put the brightness very high for too long because it starts hurting my eyes... Even when the brightness is low it starts hurting my eyes after a while... Any way to prevent that? Thanks!

You can turn cleartype off and switch back to Windows' normal anti-aliasing, which I vastly prefer. (That doesn't have anything to do with the backlighting of course.) And if it's too bright, you can turn it down. I think I use my laptop at less than half it's max brightness most of the time, which is awesome.
