Hi folks PowerDNN have just upgraded my site but there is a problem with the Minimal Extropy skin in Firefox - it loses all the tabs! The skin works in Explorer but can't pick up the icons on the Admin and Host menus. Another portal with a commercial skin works just fine. Am I imagining it or was there a skin called Entropy packaged with 5 at some stage? I can't see it by FTP my folders....

I've now seen this issue with 2 different DNN sites I'm working on, and on the older site it simply caused me not to use Minimal Extropy; but I'd like to use the skin on my new site if I can. On both these sites, I'm dealing with a logo GIF which is larger than Minimal Extropy expects, and extends downward over the menu bar. One logo is 260 x 169 pixels, and the other is 375 x 146 pixels. ...

I've managed to get myself into a bit of trouble with a skin that was based on the Minimal Extropy skin. This uses the display:table and related constructs in CSS. It's my understanding that IE7 and IE6 don't support this, and that's precisely where I'm running into trouble - with IE7. Hello, I modified the Minimal Extropy skin quite a bit and the website looks fine. Then I decided to create a package, exported to a zip file all accompanying files, unzipped the package, changed the manifest and all Minimal Extropy references to my new skin name. I created a skin using the Minimal Extropy skin as a starting point. I have moved the Search box and now when the drop-down menu opens up, it sits behind the Search box. And of course I don't think that is very pleasing. Has anyone come across this? If so, what was the solution. Thanks Glenn

Edited: Economic entropy is due to price controls. Price controls eventually hit an 'event horizon' where the extropy of the marketplace halts and division of labor begins to reduce.
