Hey, I bought a Samsung LE40MG a few years ago from Elgiganten, in Sweden. I got a problem when watching dvd and blu-ray, or using any kind of external device. The screen goes black after 10-30 minutes of use and I'm forced to restart it. I have done some research and it seems to me that it's a common problem. The LCD works just fine when I'm watching tv. Could it be a firmware...

I had a few pictures saved in png format. I burned them into a CD then a DVD, they played fine. Later I bought a portable 7" DVD player. It won't play the CD and the DVD that I burned. On the CD, it just make a sharp noise, and nothing. On the DVD, it said Unknown Source ( or DVD ). Any solution ? hk129

I've been asked to create a diagnostics for verifying that a remote hardware device is returning a valid response code to my client application. They were using a progressbar previously and I think they programmed it to have the progressbar continue indicating progress if the remote device was returning a valid response packet after being polled every 125 milliseconds. The progressbar would stop...

Hi all. We are a Navision financials customer running on a NATIVE 2.6 database with 3.7 executables. Hi all, I have finished a spi driver designed to access an external device. There are two types of command sent by the host, read and write. After writing a command to SPI, data should be read back, and there should be no time interval between the two operations. My question is will the driver module be interrupted, should I implement a protection? Thanks!

All of a sudden, I couldn't control my player, he started runing, and then screeched to changed directions and shaked the trees near him. So, I plugged out the numbchunk and plugged it back in like I did for my gamecube. then a blue message starts scrolling across the screen saying the device does not work with the game. Worse, I now can't get the save pen up or see the wii Ac hand hovering ...

Ken - that's no good. I have it as a single 16Tb volume, and I really like the fact that the Drobo device takes care of the behind-the-scenes disk management for me... not that I don't trust Microsoft to do disk-managment properly...ahem, it's just what I paid for that device for! well I would less trust a black box, which does all management, until something unexpected fails. Now it ...

B.J., it sounds like your SATA controller and Twinhan card are sharing IRQs. You might be able to solve that via Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager. The external drives wouldn't have an issue since the drives themselves are SATA, but are connected through a bridge to USB2.
