If I were to exercise every other day (really intensely) would this be as effective as exercising everyday? For example...if I were to run 10 miles, do 30 mins on the stair climber and 30 min on the elliptical trainer every Monday, Wendesday, Friday and Sunday would this be effective to lose weight? I have recently lost around 40 pounds by dieting and very little exercise. I am to the point now that daily exercise is a must to reach my fitness goals.
