TMI Exclusivity I was writing a posting on the fool and had remembered they had exclusivity but couldn't find the information until now.. Is this what your referring to Drexion? So, basically 3 years left to run? http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1399067/000 095012309047346/y78076r4prer14a.htm In October 2007, CME entered into a five-year cooperation agreement with TTAVC, an entity affiliated...

OK, I think I've missed the boat on the whole exclusivity thing with PPV's and TV networks. I had originally exclusivity meant that only they could carry your show. Now, that I've been playing a while I understand it actually means that carrier will not deal with anyone else while having an agreement with you. If you set a deal to be exclusive, I assume more of the profits are going to go to ...

General - Hackers Destroy Apple Exclusivity Hackers have released a new patch for Apple's OS-X operating system, allowing it to once again work on unauthorised hardware, which Apple has previously banned it from doing so. Apple's business practices are often seen as anything but shady, but nothing could be further from the truth. ...

Go figure, right? You get a relatively hot phone out onto more carriers, and just like that, sales increase. It ain't rocket science, buster. As AT&T grins happily while enjoying a death grip on Apple's cash cow here in the States, things are a lot more wide open for consumers across the pond. In both France and the UK, the iPhone has been given the all-clear to be sold on multiple carriers, and ...

As far as I can tell they haven't and it's getting pretty close to the current one's end. Yes, I consider 7 months off getting pretty close. I don't exactly see the iPhone going dual chip or making a version just for CDMA, though they might considering the competition. However, considering how well the ipod touch has sold on its own and the obvious similarities to the iPhone. Perhaps ...

In the US, companies often make deals with each other to offer a product via a certain vendor. The biggest example I see out there is that the iPhone is offered only by AT&T. It can result in domination of the particular industry depending on the interest of the public - the iPhone is definitely a popular product even though it's expensive. There are alternate phones of this type out there (...

Seeing as how the iPhone's exclusivity status has been slipping, it was inevitable that the bourgeoisie would invent a new way to distinguish themselves from the lowly masses. Enter a designer by the name of Stuart Hughes, already expertly familiar with slapping precious metals onto slightly less precious mobile phones. He classes up a 3GS handset with a 22 carat solid gold body, which he ...
