Hi, From one day to another everything in iTunes is totaly gone. All playlists, and my bought apps and programs... I´m logged in and all is complete empty??? I have Windows7 64 bit... I went on excel last on Dec 5th and I saved before exiting as usual. When I opened the file today everything was gone. There is nothing there. The file it's saved as is still there but it's a new page. I don't know what to do. I need that information. HELP!

I have been having the reboot issue with my phone and was going to take it in tomorrow, but just now there was some error about messaging (sorry cant be more specific) I clicked ok to get past it and now all of my contacts (favorites too), call history and texting after 4:30 today are gone. I dont know what to do...for fear I'll make it worse...I have over 200 contacts

If everything was OK now, we'd of gone a lot higher, at least back to .03-no? I held this on the way back up to .018, and it seems everyone just flips-I want out now...something is still not right...being long here is a religion now, not a virtue
Re: Put "sold" in thread titles when everything is gone.. This is what I usually do, although I did slip up in my Herbrand combos thread and put it in a new reply at the bottom. Some albums was bought from iTunes and some from ripped cd´s. I have a backup for the music im my laptop but all the iPhone apps are gone. Some of the apps are still on the phone but far from all. My device is an iPhone 3G. Windows 7...

what could have happened? It's difficult to say. The most likely explanation is some sort of sync problem. You might have done something on your iPhone which resulted in their deletion, though it's difficult to see what - you would presumably know if you'd deleted them! It could just be a failure of some sort at the MobileMe end. I don't know why Support were being so unhelpful....
