ok, agree to disagree! i think drinking a glass of wine a day is more like choosing to drink a glass of coffee than snorting heroin once a week, in terms of the hierarchy of risk. you don't need to drink coffee either and there is good reason to think it's not great for fetal development, but many women do it and the negative effects of doing it in moderation aren't clear.
