I've scaned the book to upload the equations http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/6051/ma… there are 4 equations, however i only need help with B and D The answers were b) x = -ay/b d) v = squareroot ( u^2 ( 1 - (x^2)/(y^2)) thanks and cheers !

6, 80, 4 or 79, 1, 4 and 81, 81, 82, 3, 4, 1, 43, 5600 the numbers cannot repeat and there can be used only the numbers I wrote above. I need 2 equations, with the 1st set of #s- one equation, and the one after "and"- 2nd equation. plz help?

I'm not understanding these equations that you guys are putting up mainly about symmetry. I currently have the book ferocious sudoku's by will shorts. and doing ok with the difficult puzzles.
