I need to fix a few scratches, dings, dents, etc. After I do the bodywork is that when you would recommend the Epoxy Primer Sealer? Can I then block with 400 then shot the Acrlic Urethane? Been researching on this site & I'm getting different stories. Or should I shot Urethane Primer Surfacer ...

I have an epoxy floor that has flakes and clear coated. I have two small areas about 1" square that chipped up because the person who did the epoxy work epoxied my floor drains covers in and I chipped the epoxy breaking the drain covers loose. How would I best patch this? I see www.epoxy-coat.com has patch kits. Do I need to tape off these small areas and sand? etch? Will there be problems...

Anyone know of any type of dye that can be mixed into a two part epoxy resin that will not bleed. And if so where I can get some and what mixing ratio to use? I'm thinking of something similar to the Alumilite dyes but in a hot pink color?

Good enough epoxy - small qty Folks, where/what would I buy to paint about 100 sq feet? I have new slab which is ready for paint, but it's not a good time for me and weather is not so good. However, I DO need to install my lift (scissor lift) that goes into pit that was made when floor was poured. I want to paint PIT ...

Need to patch up my ABS trim panels in my 78 Argosy MH 28'. Looked at various products. But I was in Home Depot today and came across the following Loctite Epoxy products and I was wondering what everyone's opinion was on the products - I don't need a gallon of it, but I'll need more than a little squirt with some of the patching I need to do. Also, I need to sand it and paint it. Loctite ...

Just did some first aid on my son with a toenail that was torn with dual component epoxy. I have done it myself with the best results. As long as there are no open wounds this shouldn't Be a problem. Am I misshandling my teenage biker kid? I would show pictures but it might look like the "cotton brief post, with skin"

My concrete floor temp is holding about 50 degrees. The daytime temp is in the 50's and night temps are in the 20's. Rel. humidity is about 17%. I have no heat in the barn yet, but it is insulated. I purchased Coronado Silver Epoxy. It says the minimum floor temp is 50. I have about 7800 sq feet to do and I don't want to have to redo it! What would you experts do? Apply it or...

I've read a ton of posts about stuffing crankcases/front halves/intakes/etc. there seem to be several different epoxies/putties used successfully. I plan to stuff the front half and crankcase on a 2.6 yamaha and have a few questions prior to starting. I was planning to use Aluminox as the stuffing material as it is easily accessible to me and economical. Staking---I think I understand the ...

I used bing.com's cashback service and made the purchase at Home Depot online.. Here's how it worked out: got 3 of the silver grey kits, and 2 premium clear kits. Total was $529.54 after taxes and free shipping. I put in a BFRIDAY code to get $5 off for a total of $524.54, and then since I used bing.com's cashback, I will get another 8% off that total, so I should get all this for $482.57 ...

I have a ZS 180 radiator that my heavy hand caused a couple of very small leaks in the core. I was able to repair the damage using some of that metal epoxy compound. It no longer leaks! I know that these are rather hard to get a hold of, so I thought somebody here might be interested. I have no idea of a value of repaired rad, £50 ??? The reason why I am selling it is not because it is ...
