JLS I tried writing programs for extending envelopes based on every tick, but stopped because they some times changed over the 30 minutes. And some times the changes were large.

Hey there! I was wondering if anyone could please explain as to why the envelopes on the initial skin of my character is greyed out. I can't seem to edit anything on them now and I don't know what else to do. I've literally spent 6 hours trying to figure out how to fix it.. I went through the Address Data Source Wizard in OpenOffice to register a txt file as a data source for envelopes to be printed later. I've managed to figure out that each line in the txt file represents another envelope. THis is the first time I have tried to print #10 envelopes on my 6410. I have no problem printing anything else. I went to preferences and set the printer for envelopes, loaded the envelopes face down as shown on the auto-feeder, used the slide to align the envelopes. How unMac-like and Bl***dy difficult!!! The Help is as clear as mud. I select Custom. Input the size (9.25 inches x 4.25 inches) and it shows up perfectly in the Preview pane. Then it just carries on an prints it like a sodding A4 envelope????? What I am I doing wrong here please? TIA

I make a lot of cards using the half card size and since I purchased this printer, I can't get it to print a half card envelope. I went on line to the printer instructions, which suggested tucking the flap in, etc. but nothing has worked. All it says is that there is Paper Mismatch, cancel print project. Can anyone give me any suggestions?
