On Christmas eve senior reporters often get the day off but someone asked Ensign for a statement on health care talking about a sad day for America. What is a sad day for America is when a slimeball senator does his aide's wife and let's the taxpayer pay. Only Nevada the sin state and the Review Journal would tolerate this guy. A seasoned reporter would have interviewed someone else.

John Ensign, who I really can't stand and who has (like the rest of the republicans) done everything he can to stop any kind of health care reform from happening, has brought up an interesting and perhaps very valid point. This is not to say that the republicans' efforts to stop a public option from being included in the Senate bill is okay. It isn't. But we really have to consider what he...

The rules are simple: First poster (me) tosses out a one sentence concept that should be GURPSable without going over the heads of casual gamers. Second poster describes a campaign around the concept in 25 to 200 words and then tosses out his or her own concept. Starting idea: Ensign Jane Austen, Interstellar Navy.
