I play sports almost everyday and I frequently drink energy drinks. They said Red Bull is bad because it contains too much caffeine. What's a good substitute for it? Is Gatorade ok? oops, I think this should be in the health subforum. :\

Hey /b...I mean GT do you drink Energy drinks such as Monster, Redbull and many others? I personally only drink them occasionally if I'm really pooped or before a football game (Yes FOOTBALL NOT SOCCER. I know they're bad and all but I drink them in moderation.
